  • Prepare Crust – This is a great no bake pies recipe as your can prepare the pie crust ahead of time. Whether you are buying one at the store or preparing one homemade, it is great to already have prepared. Prepare the pie crust in a pie plate to easily pour in the creamy filling.
  • Combining Ingredients – Make sure to not overmix ingredients especially when adding the whipped cream. This could cause the cool whip to flatten while combining ingredients.
  • Fold in the Pie Filling – Gently pour the creamy filling into the prepared pie crust. Then tap the pie pan on the counter to ensure that the filling is spread evenly.
  • Make Ahead – Make sure to allow the pie to chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. I always like to prepare this the day before serving so it needs at least 4 hours to chill.
  • Full Fat Ingredients – This recipe is best to use full fat ingredients. It taste better and it sets up better.
