Instructions

  • In a medium size mixing bowl, mix together the eggnog with the pudding mix with a hand held mixer until combined and thick.
  • Then mix in the nutmeg.
  • Gently stir in the whipped topping with a spatula or wooden spoon until just combined.  Be careful not to overmix or the cool whip will go flat.
  • Spoon the mixture into the pie crust.  Gently tap the pie on the countertop so that the top of the pie is flat and even.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until the pie is firm.
  • Then the pie is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Refrigerate the leftover pie, covered, for up to 4-5 days.
