Recipe Tips

  • Mixing Ingredients – Stir the ingredients together with a spatula or a spoon. The marshmallow mixture will be warm to mix with your hands. Make sure to coat the popcorn completely with the mixture.
  • Popcorn – Prepare your popcorn ahead of time. You can also use store bought popcorn if you prefer. Make sure to remove un-popped kernels.
  • Line Baking Sheet – Pour the popcorn mixture onto a baking sheet that is covered with parchment paper. This helps for an easy cleanup and prevents it from sticking to the baking sheet.
  • Prepare Ingredients – I recommend preparing the ingredients before mixing everything together. The marshmallow mixture will harden quickly.
  • Cool Completely – Before serving, make sure the popcorn has cool completely. You will need to break the popcorn into pieces for serving and storing.

How do you Dye Popcorn Green?

We recommend using gel food coloring to ensure that the popcorn is a vibrant green color like the Grinch.

Add green food coloring to the popcorn and continue adding until how green you want it.
