- Refrigerated 9 In Pie Crust
- Large Eggs
- Sugar
- Light Corn Syrup
- Butter, melted
- Cornstarch
- Toffee Bits
- Sliced Almonds
How to Make Toffee Almond Pie:
- Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Step 2 – Place the refrigerated pie crust in a 9 inch pie pan and crimp the edges of the crust.
- Step 3 – Place the pie crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
- Step 4 – Whisk together the eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter and cornstarch until fully combined and the mixture is smooth. Mix in a large bowl.
- Step 5 – Stir in the sliced almonds and make sure that the almonds are completely coated with the pie filling.
- Step 6 – Place the toffee bits on the bottom of the pie crust.
- Step 7 – Pour the filling on top of the crust.
- Step 8 – Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top and the crust are slightly golden browned. The center should still be slightly jiggly in the center of the pie.
