- Line the pan – The entire pan of fudge mixture can easily be lifted out. When the pan is lined with parchment paper. You can also spray it with cooking spray.
- Cutting Fudge – If the fudge is made into a 8×8 baking dish, you can get 16 slices. We like to plate the red heart candy in the middle of each slice.
- Melting Chocolate – Make sure that you are melting the white chocolate chips in a large microwave safe bowl. You want the mixture to be contained to the bowl so it does not make a big mess.
- Chill before cutting – Make sure the fudge has been giving enough time to chill before cutting. It will make it easier to cut and they will look better.
- Quality Chocolate – Since this fudge is made with simple ingredients, we recommend using quality chocolate. The fudge will taste better and so will the texture.
Grinch Fudge Variations:

- Red Heart Candy – If you unable to find a red heart sprinkle. You can use a Red M&M or red sprinkles to top the fudge.

When preparing to serve your fudge, we recommend following these steps to cut your fudge properly. Make sure there is a red heart in each slice of fudge.
- Remove Fudge – When we are ready to cut fudge, I like to remove from the pan. If you lined your pan with parchment, it should be easy to remove.
