Recipe Tips
- Prepare Skillet – I like to cook the pancakes on heated skillet. Make sure to melt butter or cooking spray to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
- Flipping Pancakes – Once bubbles form start appearing on the top of the pancake, then it is ready to flip. It usually takes about 3-4 minutes before it is ready to flip. It will depend on your skillet how long it takes.
- Different Size Pancakes – To create the Christmas tree, you want to make different size of pancakes.
- Serving – I like to prepare all the pancakes at once and then serve. This allows us to eat as a family. Feel free to place on a baking sheet and keep in a low heat oven to keep them warm.
