Frequently Asked Questions
For the perfect vibrant green pancakes, we recommend using green gel food color. Regular food coloring is water based so it may water down your pancake batter.
These pancakes are made with a buttermilk pancake recipe. The green food coloring doesn’t change the flavor of these sweet and soft pancakes.
Leftover pancakes store great in the fridge. Refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 5-7 days. You can also freeze in a freezer safe bag for up to 3 months.
I suggest separating the pancakes with parchment paper. When ready to reheat, just pop in the microwave for a few seconds until heated through.
