- Step 1 – Melt milk and white chocolate chips – Add the milk and white chocolate chips to a medium saucepan on stovetop. Heat over medium low heat.
- Step 2 – Continue Melting – Whisk and continue to simmer until melted. Do not bring the mixture to a boil.
- Step 3 – Stir in other ingredients – Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract, peppermint extract and green food coloring until the hot chocolate is a vibrant green color.
- Step 4 – Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles – Pour into 2 mugs. Top with the whipped cream and sprinkles. It would even be fun to top with a red candy heart.
