Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and clean the strawberries. Cut the top off of the strawberries to remove the stems and make  a base for the trees.
  • Add the candy melt to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave starting with 1 minute, stir.  Heat for 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each time.  Stop just before candy is completely melted, then stir until it’s completely melted. This is to prevent the candy from burning.
  • Lay the Oreos out evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place a small dollop of the candy melt mixture into the center of an Oreo cookie.
  • Use a toothpick to dip each of the strawberries into the candy melt mixture.  Then place the strawberry into the center of the cookie.
  • Sprinkle the strawberry with the sprinkles and place a star on top before the candy melt hardens.
  • Continue this process until all the strawberries are coated.
  • Refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Then they are ready to serve and enjoy!
